As some of our regular patients would have have noticed, we have computerised our patient records since may of 2007, in an attempt to make it a somewhat paperless enviroment.
Unfortunately we failed, there seems to be more paper usage than ever, paper is everywhere.
Fortunately, it does seem to have made registration and finding the records faster.
So all in all, after a year of using the software, we think it has been a good thing. We still have the old records on the old patient cards, and we aim to keep them for another few years more.
